Job summary

Muller's Solutions is seeking a Temenos Administrator to manage access, security, and configuration for our banking platform on-site in الرياض. The role requires 3–5 years of Temenos experience and strong collaboration with IT and business teams.

The ideal candidate will handle upgrades, patches, and documentation, while培训 junior staff and maintaining high system reliability. A bachelor’s degree and Temenos certifications are highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of Temenos administration experience.
• Strong understanding of Temenos architecture and modules.
• Experience in system configuration, user management, and troubleshooting.
• Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Certifications in Temenos or related fields are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer the Temenos banking system, focusing on user access, security, and configuration.
• Monitor system performance and ensure availability with regular health checks.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to implement system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
• Conduct user training sessions and provide support for effective platform use.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, including configuration guidelines and troubleshooting procedures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with the support team and vendors.
• Stay updated with Temenos releases and best practices to improve performance.
