Job summary

KEO International Consultants seeks an experienced Construction Manager (Civil) for the Rua Al Madinah Superblock 5 project in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. You will lead civil construction activities for 10 hospitality assets across 18 towers, coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors to deliver on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.

Role requires strong leadership, deep civil construction knowledge, and extensive experience managing complex high-rise hospitality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
• Minimum 15 years of overall professional experience.
• Strong experience managing civil construction works on high-rise buildings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee civil construction activities across the project.
• Coordinate with contractors and stakeholders to ensure safety and quality.
• Monitor progress against the programme and adjust as needed.
• Review submittals, shop drawings, and method statements for compliance.
• Ensure HSE procedures and project requirements are followed.
• Provide leadership to construction, MEP, architectural, and safety teams.
