Job summary

Jasara Program Management Company seeks an experienced Programme Director to lead large-scale oil and gas programmes in Saudi Arabia. You will oversee planning, execution and delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder expectations.

Lead multiple project teams, drive risk management, and coordinate with clients and authorities to maximize value and performance across complex initiatives. Flexible location with domestic travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Master's preferred)
• Professional membership is a must - PMI, RICS, ICE, etc
• At least 20 years in oil & gas with programme/project management
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in Saudi Arabia
• Experience with international PMC or EPC contractor
• Experience in EPC/LSTK contracts
• Proven track record of large-scale oil & gas programmes
• Deep understanding of industrial project operations and lifecycle

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of the programme strategy for large-scale projects
• Manage multiple project teams to deliver on time, within scope and budget
• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
• Implement risk management strategies at the programme level
• Ensure regulatory and safety compliance for oil and gas operations
• Prepare and present updates to senior management and stakeholders
• Engage with industry partners and authorities to enhance visibility
• Continuously evaluate performance and identify improvements
