Job summary

Front End Limited Company (FELCO) seeks a Port Safety Officer to implement and oversee health and safety protocols at the port in the Eastern Province. You will conduct regular inspections to ensure occupational health compliance and maintain port security.

You must have offshore vessel experience and hold international marine qualifications, plus an HSE certificate equivalent to NEBOSH General Certificate. Saudi Aramco approvals as Officer/Port Safety Officer are preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires offshore vessel experience and international marine qualification
• HSE certificate equivalent to NEBOSH General Certificate required
• Saudi Aramco approvals as Officer/Port Safety Officer preferred
• Bachelor's in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science or related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Implement and oversee health and safety protocols at the port
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure occupational health compliance
• Maintain security measures at the port
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
• Develop and deliver safety training programs
• Provide recommendations for operational safety improvements
