The Officer will ensure quality through observation and evaluations, share updates with the supervisor, assist in mentor selection, and support the implementation of the curriculum. Additionally, responsibilities include collecting data, preparing reports, identifying trends, and collaborating with the team to address emerging issues such as reaching vulnerable groups and introducing case management.
