Job summary

Alfanar Precast is seeking a seasoned Odoo ERP Project Manager to lead end-to-end implementation for wholesale customers in Riyadh. You will ensure successful deployment, integration, and adoption of the Odoo system, aligning with client business requirements and continuous improvement goals.

You will coordinate with vendors and internal teams, manage scope and timelines, and drive change management to maximize system value across sales, inventory, and supply chain processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Information Mgmt. Sciences & Systems or Any relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of Odoo implementation projects for wholesale customers.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, resources, and deliverables in coordination with all stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Odoo vendors and implementation partners regarding licensing, system configuration, customization, and technical support.
• Manage customer requirements related to sales, inventory, warehousing, and supply chain operations.
• Oversee integration between Odoo and customer processes including warehouse management and order management.
• Drive change management and user adoption through training and guidance.
• Monitor project progress and ensure activities meet schedules and quality standards.
