alfanar seeks an experienced ERP Project Lead to own the end-to-end Odoo implementation for wholesale customers. You will manage scope, timelines, resources, and ensure successful deployment, integration, and user adoption across sales, inventory, and supply chain.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Odoo vendors and partners, controlling licensing and configurations, and driving change management to maximize business value. Strong project management and ERP background required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Information Mgmt. Sciences & Systems or any relevant field.
• 5 to 10 years of ERP implementation experience.
• Experience with Odoo or similar ERP platforms.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end Odoo ERP implementation projects for wholesale customers.
• Define scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Coordinate licensing, configuration, and technical support with Odoo partners.
• Oversee integration with warehouse, inventory, and supply chain processes.
• Develop training and change-management plans to drive user adoption.
