Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of Odoo development and technical leadership.
• Strong proficiency in Python and PostgreSQL with Odoo module customization.
• Experience managing cross-functional technology projects and delivery.
• Ability to design ERP solutions aligned with business needs.
• Experience troubleshooting ERP or business applications.
• Experience leading IT teams and vendors with stakeholder communication.
• Based in Riyadh or willing to relocate; available for interviews in Riyadh.

As ODOO Developer Technical Lead, you will play a central role in guiding the company's ERP and wider IT direction. You will combine technical leadership with operational oversight, helping ensure that business systems support day-to-day needs while enabling future growth and improvement across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the whole IT department and IT projects
• Lead cross-functional technology projects and oversee project coordination across business and IT teams
• Design ERP solutions aligned with business and operational needs
• Troubleshoot ERP and business application issues to support reliable operations
• Manage IT teams and external vendors while maintaining effective communication with business stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Systems
• 5+ years of experience in Odoo development and technical leadership
• Strong proficiency in Python and PostgreSQL, with expertise in Odoo module customization
• Experience managing cross-functional technology projects, including project coordination and delivery
• Ability to design ERP solutions aligned with business and operational needs
• Experience troubleshooting ERP or business application issues
• Experience managing IT teams and external vendors, with the ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders
• Currently based in Riyadh or willing to relocate to Riyadh, and available to attend interviews in Riyadh
• Available to start within 30 days of signing the offer letter
