Job summary

EWAA Hotels is seeking an experienced Night Auditor to manage overnight Front Office and Night Audit operations at our Riyadh properties. You will reconcile revenues, verify transactions, and prepare daily financial reports while maintaining high standards of accuracy and security.

The role requires strong Opera PMS knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently during night shifts. Hotel experience is mandatory, and English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as Night Auditor in the hotel/hospitality industry.
• Strong working knowledge of Opera PMS.
• Experience in night audit procedures, daily revenue reconciliation, and financial reporting.
• Good understanding of hotel accounting and Front Office operations.
• Good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Perform the nightly night audit and ensure all hotel transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled.
• Reconcile daily room revenue, payments, guest accounts, and other financial transactions.
• Review and verify Front Office and POS transactions.
• Prepare daily revenue, financial, and operational reports.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial and operational records.
• Handle overnight guest check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries professionally.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Finance, and other departments to ensure smooth overnight operations.
• Ensure compliance with hotel accounting procedures, internal controls, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure a proper handover to the morning team.
