Master Works in Riyadh invites a Network & Collaboration, Specialist to design, implement, and maintain enterprise networking and collaboration platforms at client sites. You will work on LAN/WAN/WLAN, SD-WAN, data centers, and VoIP/UC systems to ensure reliable connectivity.

The role requires 2–5 years of hands-on enterprise networking experience, a Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/CE/MIS, and strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN and data center networks.
• Deploy wireless networks with emphasis on coverage, capacity, and performance.
• Configure routing and switching on Cisco/Aruba/Juniper platforms.
• Implement NAC to enforce device authentication and access policies.
• Manage VoIP and Unified Communications, including SIP and QoS.
• Oversee wireless controllers, APs, RF optimization, and guest access.
• Monitor performance and resolve issues to maximize availability.
• Lead network projects including branch connectivity and upgrades.
• Create diagrams, procedures, and standards for networks.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to implement solutions.
• Support Aruba wireless controllers and Huawei Wi‑Fi 7 environments.

Job description

Our subsidiary (SOOR) is seeking a Network & Collaboration, Specialist who will be responsible for supporting network infrastructure, communication systems, and collaboration platforms to ensure reliable connectivity and communication services.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, and data center network infrastructure.
• Design, deploy, and optimize enterprise wireless networks, ensuring seamless connectivity, coverage, capacity, and performance.
• Configure and support routing and switching technologies using Cisco, Aruba, Juniper, or equivalent platforms.
• Implement and manage Network Access Control (NAC) solutions to enforce secure device authentication, user access policies, and network segmentation.
• Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot VoIP and Unified Communications infrastructure, including IP telephony, SIP, QoS, and voice gateways.
• Manage wireless controllers, access points, RF optimization, roaming, guest wireless, and authentication services.
• Monitor network and voice performance, proactively identifying and resolving issues to ensure maximum availability.
• Lead network infrastructure projects, including branch connectivity, headquarters deployments, migrations, and technology upgrades.
• Develop and maintain network diagrams, documentation, operational procedures, and technical standards.
• Coordinate with vendors, ISPs, and service providers to resolve technical issues and implement new solutions.
• Support and manage Aruba Wireless Controllers and Huawei Wi-Fi 7 environments.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field.
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in enterprise networking and collaboration technologies.
• Proven experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise network infrastructure projects.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Proven experience delivering similar network infrastructure and collaboration projects within enterprise environments.
