Job summary

CSL is seeking a Regional Medical Science Liaison to advance our nephrology portfolio in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. This field-based role involves extensive travel, scientific exchange, and collaboration with nephrologists, societies, and healthcare institutions to support evidence generation and appropriate use of CSL therapies.

The position emphasizes non-promotional scientific communication, education, and insight generation within a compliant Medical Affairs

Qualifications

3–5+ years of Medical Affairs/MSL, clinical, or pharma field experience preferred.
Nephrology experience strongly preferred.
Experience engaging key opinion leaders, scientific societies, and healthcare institutions in KSA and UAE is advantageous.
MD/PhD/PharmD or life sciences degree required; advanced training preferred.

Responsibilities

Establish trusted scientific partnerships with nephrologists and healthcare professionals.
Develop and execute engagement plans for key opinion leaders and societies.
Organize scientific meetings, advisory boards, and educational activities.
Identify opportunities for investigator-initiated studies and real-world evidence generation.
Collaborate with Medical Managers, Regulatory Affairs, HEOR, and other functions while maintaining Medical Affairs independence.
