King Fahad Military Medical Complex is seeking a Charge Nurse for the Neonatal ICU Unit. You will apply advanced nursing knowledge to patient assessment, care planning, and intervention in a leadership role overseeing nursing staff and ensuring high-quality patient care.

In this unit you will maintain efficient operations, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and support staff development and succession planning to grow a national healthcare workforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or equivalent.
• RN license in country of residence.
• 1+ year unit-in-charge experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision to the nursing team during each shift.
• Maintain high-quality patient care and serve as a resource for unit staff.
• Lead and model patient experience initiatives across the continuum of care.
