Job summary

BrightHire in Jeddah is seeking a skilled Land Surveyor to conduct surveys, prepare precise measurements, and create maps and reports for construction projects. You will work closely with engineers and architects to ensure plans are accurate and compliant with standards.

The role requires 2+ years of experience, a Civil Engineering degree or related field is preferred, and proficiency with GPS, total stations, levels, and CAD is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years as a Land Surveyor or similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of surveying tools such as GPS, total stations and levels.
• CAD software familiarity is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Good communication skills with team members and clients.
• Must be physically fit and hold a valid driver’s license.

We are in need of a highly skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Jeddah As a Land Surveyor you will be responsible for conducting land surveys and preparing accurate measurements and data for construction projects Your role will also involve creating detailed maps and reports analyzing data and working closely with engineers and architects to ensure project success

Responsibilities

• Conduct land surveys using various tools and equipment such as GPS total stations and levels
• Prepare accurate measurements and collect data for construction projects
• Create detailed maps reports and drawings based on survey results
• Analyze survey data to identify potential issues or discrepancies
• Work closely with engineers and architects to ensure project plans are accurate
• Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and address any concerns or questions
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations while conducting surveys
• Stay updated on industry developments advancements in technology and best practices for land surveying

Requirements

• Must have at least 2 years of experience as a Land Surveyor or in a similar role
• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
• Knowledge of surveying tools such as GPS total stations levels etc
• Familiarity with CAD software for creating maps and drawings is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately collect data is essential
• Good communication skills to effectively work with team members and clients from different backgrounds
• Must be physically fit as the job may require long hours of standing walking or carrying equipment
• Valid drivers license is required
