Job summary

First Gulf Company is seeking an IT Security Specialist in Riyadh with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in enterprise security. You will manage firewall infrastructure, administer Aruba ClearPass NAC, and configure VPNs, NAT, and ACLs to enforce security zones.

The role requires strong log analysis skills and knowledge of Zero Trust principles, with bilingual English and Arabic communication. Collaboration with network, infrastructure, and application teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in IT or Network Security roles.
• Hands-on Aruba ClearPass and NAC solutions experience.
• Strong knowledge of perimeter, extranet and data center firewalls.
• Experience with VPN, NAT, ACL, and security zones configuration.
• Understanding of network segmentation and Zero Trust principles.
• Ability to analyze logs, alerts, and security events.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain enterprise security infrastructure across firewall environments.
• Administer Aruba ClearPass NAC for endpoint authentication and policy enforcement.
• Configure firewall policies, NAT rules, ACLs, and VPN access.
• Monitor logs and alerts to detect anomalies and threats.
• Implement network segmentation and enforce access controls.
• Support vulnerability remediation, patch management, and hardening.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve security and connectivity issues.
• Maintain documentation for firewall rules, NAC policies, and audits.
