Job summary

Bin-Shihon Fleet Solutions is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations developer. You will design, develop, test, and deliver D365 F&O customizations, reports, and integrations, working with functional teams to implement changes.

Responsibilities include leading code control setup, migrating code across environments, and creating detailed technical documents. You will help craft robust data models, support multi-module operations, and customize POS solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• 3–5 years hands-on D365 F&O development and customization.
• Proficient in X++, C#, .NET, and SQL.
• Experience developing and customizing D365 F&O forms, reports, workflows, and integrations.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and system integration concepts.
• Experience with data models, technical documentation, and version control across environments.
• Knowledge of multi-module D365 architecture (Finance, Trade & Logistics, Retail, Projects).
• POS customization experience.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Job description

Responsible for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O configurations and customization for the solution. Can work with the functional resources to understand what changes are required for D365. Responsible for estimating, designing, coding, testing, and delivering modifications. This role will involve designing, modifying, writing, and implementing software programming applications and executing full life cycle software development.

Must have hands-on working experience with the Finance and Operations of MS Dynamics 365.

Responsibilities

• Should know multiple programming skills including X++, C#, .NET, and SQL.
• Must be able to develop new reports & forms and modify existing reports & forms in D365 F&O
• Must be able to lead code sourcing control tool setup and migration of code to multiple instances of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Must be able to create detailed design and technical documents.
• Develop integrations and expose them to 3rd party applications. Should be aware of REST API, Custom API & other API concepts for data integration considering CRUD operations.
• Make the detailed data models and designs that are required to support the integration between D365 and other systems.
• Develop/maintain description of the data and data structures, architecture, and framework.
• Multi-Module exposure Including: Financials, Trade & Logistics, Retail and Projects
• Should be well-versed in designing and customizing workflows.
• Know the design and architecture of Dynamics AX/365

• Solid understanding of REST APIs, custom APIs, and system integration concepts.
• Experience with data models, technical documentation, and code version control and deployment across multiple environments.
• Good knowledge of Dynamics AX/D365 architecture and multi-module functionality, including Finance, Trade & Logistics, Retail, and Projects.
• Experience customizing Point of Sale (POS) solutions.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with functional consultants and technical teams.
