Job summary

LV Aero, LLC in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, seeks an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee airframe, engine and avionics maintenance as Post Holder Maintenance. You will lead line maintenance teams, ensure repair station quality compliance, and manage resources to keep aircraft on schedule.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Aviation Management, 8+ years in aviation, and a strong command of English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Aviation Management, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance planning and execution by Line Maintenance and Avionics staff in Saudi Arabia.
• Ensure work meets technical quality standards within Saudi Arabia and for possible AOGs outside the Kingdom.
• Manage staffing, equipment and facilities resources for Line Maintenance and Aircraft/Avionics maintenance engineers.
• Monitor overall operating efficiencies of the maintenance department.
• Develop and implement work method improvements by observing service work and requesting recommendations.
• Assist in preparing cost estimates and quotations, ensuring proposals are accurate and financially aligned.
