Job summary

Airbus Helicopters Arabia for Aircraft Maintenance seeks a highly skilled B2 Avionics Engineer for its mobile support team. You will operate across the Africa and Middle East region, delivering front-line technical expertise to ensure helicopter safety and availability in challenging environments.

Applicants must hold a valid EASA B2 licence with H225 or AS332 ratings, plus 5+ years of hands-on maintenance experience.

Qualifications

• Valid EASA B2 licence and type ratings on H225/AS332.
• 5+ years hands-on maintenance experience on the specified helicopter types.
• Willing to travel frequently across Africa & the Middle East for short assignments.
• English proficiency required; French is a plus for West African operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on H225, Caracal, and Super Puma families.
• Provide field support, AOG assistance, and on-site repairs.
• Certify all work per EASA Part 145 and local regulations.
• Act as technical liaison to customer maintenance teams to ensure operational continuity.
• Maintain a strong safety and quality culture in remote or austere environments.
