Job summary

ConFlip is seeking a results-driven Merchandiser for its Riyadh location. You will travel to various retail sites to set up displays, ensure accurate pricing and stock levels, and build strong relationships with store staff to maximize product placement.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (or related field) and preferably prior merchandiser/retail sales experience. Fluent English is essential; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Experience as a Merchandiser or in retail sales is an advantage.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus but not required.
• Ability to travel within Riyadh frequently.
• Strong negotiation and persuasive skills.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Travel to different retail locations in Riyadh to set up displays and merchandise products according to company guidelines.
