Job summary

Want More is seeking a Merchandiser in Riyadh to manage product sales, oversee merchandise displays, and develop selling techniques. The role emphasizes customer service and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience in retail/sales/merchandising, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Salary around 1,500 SAR and opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail/sales/merchandising.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written required.
• Proven track record of successful sales initiatives and strategies.

Responsibilities

• Developing sales strategies to increase store traffic and client base.
• Managing relationships with existing customers and building new ones.
• Identifying opportunities for growth within the local market.
• Developing product displays and promotional material to attract customers.
• Monitoring inventory levels and ordering new stock when necessary.
• Overseeing pricing and promotional activities in the store as well as online platforms.
