Job summary

Applus+ in Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced MEP Commissioning Manager to lead the delivery and business development of its MEP testing and commissioning services nationwide. The role bridges technical leadership with client engagement across projects from planning to handover.

You will develop service offerings, manage the delivery team, ensure compliance with standards, and drive revenue growth while building profitable client relationships across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience leading MEP testing and commissioning.
• Proven ability to develop business and secure contracts.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills across Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Lead MEP testing and commissioning services across Saudi Arabia.
• Develop business strategy, identify opportunities and revenue targets.
• Manage client relationships and secure new contracts.
• Oversee project mobilization, budgets, and timely delivery.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and sub-contractors.
