• Advanced knowledge of integration techniques & protocols.
• Familiar with Microservices architecture and cloud native environments.
• Experience managing multinational teams and hiring/training new teams.
• Understanding of workload distribution and resource allocation.
• Strong people management skills.
• Excellent communication skills including presentations and technical writing in English.
• Familiarity with architectural patterns and deployment options.
• Effort sizing and estimation skills for software delivery projects.

Job Description

The role requires min 10 years of technology development experience with min 4 years in Mendix delivery management roles. This experience includes familiarity with software product development life cycles. Experience managing and delivering multiple projects at the same time is also required.

A bachelor of science degree in engineering, software engineering, science is required. A relevant master's degree will reduce experience requirements. With the advent of technical schools, certain types of technology courses may be required that are specific to the types of projects performed.
