Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) or equivalent.
• 2 years of experience in managing steel fabrication, erection, and site coordination.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and review fabrication drawings; supervise workshop and site activities.
• Strong communication, documentation, and team management skills.
• Plan, execute, and deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
• Identify project risks and develop contingency plans; ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Ensure project timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols are met.
