Job summary

Accenture Research in Riyadh is seeking a Research Associate Manager to help deliver the MEA region's research strategy and strengthen Accenture's position as a trusted insights source across industries. You will work with MEA research leadership, applying quantitative methods, AI tools, and data sources to deliver actionable insights for clients and internal stakeholders in the Middle East and Africa.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in economics, business, political science, international relations, engineering or related field.
Postgraduate degree (MBA, public policy, economics or equivalent) is a plus.
6+ years of business experience in consulting, think tanks, financial institutions, or related environments.
Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) is required.

Responsibilities

Support the development of thought-provoking insights through quantitative and qualitative research methods.
Draw on diverse data sources to explore key business questions in a structured way.
Analyze datasets using statistical techniques and create client-ready outputs.
Develop compelling research narratives and concise business stories.
Create high-quality outputs (slides, visualizations, summaries) for senior audiences.
Assist business development by applying data products and thought leadership to opportunities.
Leverage AI and Generative AI to enhance research workflows and outputs.
