Hatif is a business phone system for SMBs and mid-sized companies destroy SIM cards, no hardware. From a mobile app, companies get one unified number that every employee can use. We serve multiple sectors (real estate, healthcare, legal, services, tech, and more) where customer communication happens through calls and WhatsApp.

Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Specialist (Content-Led) based in Riyadh.

In this role, you will create short-form video content for TikTok and Instagram with a clear goal: generate demand for Hatif, grow product awareness, and bring qualified business owners into our funnel. You will translate real merchant needs into content that is engaging, educational, and entertaining—built to earn trust and drive action.

You will work closely with the Sales and Product teams to understand merchant pain points, turn them into strong content angles, and continuously test different hooks, formats, and narratives to improve performance.

Daily tasks include:

  • Turning real merchant pain points and Hatif use casesτήματα into TikTok + Instagram Reels concepts
  • Writing high-performing hooks, simple scripts, and clear short-form outlines (hook, story, CTA)
  • Filming and/or directing vertical, mobile-first videos that feel native to TikTok/Reels (not “ad-looking”)
  • Editing videos using mobile or desktop tools (clean cuts, captions, music, basic effects)
  • Publishing consistently on TikTok and Instagram, including writing captions, CTAs, and lightweight community prompts
  • Tracking performance metrics (views, retention/watch time, saves, comments, CTR, signups) and reporting learnings
  • Running quick growth experiments across hooks, first-frame/thumbnail, posting times, and content formats
  • Collaborating with Sales to understand which content drives the highest-quality leads (and why)
  • Pulling insights from customer calls, support tickets, and product updates then translating them into content people actually share
  • Staying current on TikTok/Instagram trends, sounds, and formats that matchım audience (SMB owners) and adapting them fast
