Job summary

Zimmer Biomet is seeking a Marketing Manager in Saudi Arabia to drive growth and development of the brands within the assigned markets. You will align marketing strategy with the team and commercial entity to successfully launch and grow the Zimmer Biomet portfolio in Saudi Arabia with an extended scope in the MENA region.

You will build market knowledge, collaborate with other departments, train and support local distributors, and bring an innovative perspective on product potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare or Science.
• 3 to 5 years experience in multinational sales or marketing in orthopaedics.
• Fluency in English and Arabic, both spoken & written.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and align marketing strategy with the marketing team and commercial entity to grow the Zimmer Biomet portfolio in Saudi Arabia.
• Create local market visibility and brand positioning for Zimmer Biomet in Saudi Arabia.
• Collaborate with distribution channels to train and support their teams.
• Design launch plans and business cases for local business needs.
• Coordinate with RA/QA and logistics for timely product delivery.

What You Can Expect

The Marketing Manager is responsible of the growth and development of the brands within his/her segment in their assigned markets. He will develop and align the marketing strategy with the remaining marketing team as well as the commercial entity in order to successfully launch, develop and drive the Zimmer Biomet portfolio in Saudi Arabia with extended scope of CMFT in Middle East and North Africa region.

The Marketing Manager will work creatively and pragmatically to conserve resources and engage the product potential. This will include the building of strong market knowledge and understanding of its dynamics, the close collaborating with other department as well as the training, engagement and support of the local distribution channels. An innovative perspective on product potential within the market is key in this role. How You'll Create Impact

• Support the development of clear market visibility and the understanding of the fast changing market dynamics and changes
• Develop a clear brand positioning within the Zimmer Biomet portfolio
• Develop the local brand strategy in line with the global strategic goals
• Support the growth of a sustainable market segment in line with sales plans
• Drive a strong prioritization of activities based on maximizing business and customer impact
• Continuously adapt the marketing efforts to ensure maximal team collaboration with the commercial to deliver exceptional effectiveness of the marketing strategy
• Create launch plans and business cases in order to support the local business requirements
• Align efforts and plans with the event planning teams in order to ensure effective training and launching of brands and procedures
• Collaborate with RA/QA and logistics in order to ensure effective and timely delivery of products to all markets with customer satisfaction focus
• Conduct field visits to distributors, hospitals and surgeons driving the Zimmer Biomet vision and ensuring a strong local presence with product presentations and hands on workshops upon relevancy
• Drive the distributors to continuously improve and develop their service excellence in line with the Zimmer Biomet values

Your Background

Education
