Job summary

Qiddiya is seeking a senior procurement leader to manage end-to-end technology procurement, including sourcing strategy, tendering, negotiations, contract award, supplier onboarding, and governance across large-scale programs.

You will lead RFI, RFQ, RFP, ITB and direct-award processes, drive cost optimization, oversee supplier performance, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure value and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, contracts, or supply chain management.
• Proven track record in complex technology procurement and strategic sourcing.
• Experience leading competitive tendering processes and contract negotiations.
• Experience managing suppliers, stakeholders, and cross-functional procurement initiatives.
• Experience in large-scale organizations or regulated environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review sourcing strategies, tender documentation, evaluations and governance submissions.

• Experience within large-scale organizations, giga-projects, government entities, or highly regulated environments is preferred
