Job summary

Job description

Supports the execution of FOLK Maritime’s regional and global sales strategy by monitoring performance, analyzing commercial trends and coordinating with sales and agency teams to drive volume and revenue growth. The role provides actionable insights, supports forecasting and tracks key commercial initiatives to ensure alignment with FOLK’s growth objectives. The role contributes to FOLK Maritime’s commercial growth and Saudi Vision 2030 by supporting competitive maritime connectivity and the Kingdom’s position as a global logistics hub.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development and execution of regional and global sales strategies in alignment with FOLK’s growth objectives, commercial priorities and network plans.
• Coordinate with local sales and agency teams to ensure consistent execution of sales strategies, priorities, campaigns and commercial initiatives across targeted markets.
• Develop sales performance insights and recommendations by analyzing market trends, customer performance, trade‑lane results, pipeline, conversion and competitive activity to support commercial decision‑making.
• Drive sales planning and forecasting by consolidating market inputs, customer opportunities and agency forecasts, challenging assumptions and ensuring realistic and timely commercial projections.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Maritime Studies, Economics, Engineering, MIS, or any related major.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analytics tools.
