Job summary

Jasara PMC is seeking a PMO reporting specialist to convert complex project data into decision-ready reports for leadership and stakeholders. You will contribute to governance, performance tracking, and informed decisions across major programs in Saudi Arabia.

The role requires coordinating inputs from multiple teams, tracking milestones and risks, and delivering executive dashboards using Excel and Power BI. This on-site position supports Vision 2030 program governance.

Qualifications

• Experience turning project data into reports for senior leadership
• Ability to analyze risks, milestones, and performance metrics
• Proficiency with Excel, Power BI or similar
• Experience in large-scale PMO/infrastructure environments

Requirements

• Experience preparing project reporting and PMO reporting, including executive dashboards and program performance reporting


• Strong ability to analyze project data, risks, and milestones accurately


• Proficiency with reporting tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms


• Experience working in large-scale project, PMO, and infrastructure program environments


• Experience coordinating with stakeholders across complex programs and preparing reporting for senior leadership, steering committees, and governance meetings
