Job summary

Maaden Aluminium Company (MAC) is seeking a Manager PBM Projects to lead and manage PBM activities for exploration projects in the Western Region, ensuring alignment with strategy, budget, and timelines. You will oversee planning, execution, and performance, coordinating with geoscience, finance, procurement, and operations teams to deliver project success.

The role requires extensive experience in project management, a PMP or equivalent, and strong leadership and communication skills to mentor

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Geoscience, Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in project management or exploration operations, with at least 5 years in regional or field-based projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage the portfolio of exploration projects in the Western Region from planning to execution.
• Develop and maintain project schedules budgets and resource plans.
• Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with internal governance safety and environmental standards.
• Collaborate with geoscience finance procurement and operations teams.
• Prepare and present project updates and reports to senior leadership.
• Support risk management and change control processes.

The Manager PBM Projects will lead and manage PBM activities for exploration projects in the Western Region ensuring alignment with strategic goals budget and timelines The Manager oversees planning execution and performance monitoring of exploration initiatives while coordinating with technical and business teams to ensure project success

Key Accountabilities

• Manage the portfolio of exploration projects in the Western Region from planning to execution
• Develop and maintain project schedules budgets and resource plans
• Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed
• Ensure compliance with internal governance safety and environmental standards
• Collaborate with geoscience finance procurement and operations teams
• Prepare and present project updates and reports to senior leadership
• Support risk management and changing control processes
• Mentor project coordinators and contribute to capability development within PBM

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Geoscience, Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Minimum Experience: 10+ years of experience in project management or exploration operations, with at least 5 years in managing regional or field-based projects.
