Maaden is seeking a Manager, PBM Projects to lead and manage PBM activities for exploration projects in the Western Region. You will oversee planning, scheduling, budgets, and performance, coordinating with geoscience, finance, procurement, and operations teams to ensure alignment with strategic goals and timelines.

The role requires a strong track record in project management, with 10+ years in the field and PMP certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and PMP preferred.
• 10+ years of project management experience, incl. regional or field projects.
• Experience in exploration operations and governance expectations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage the portfolio of exploration projects in the Western Region from planning to execution.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with internal governance, safety, and environmental standards.
• Collaborate with geoscience, finance, procurement, and operations teams.
• Prepare and present project updates and reports to senior leadership.
• Support risk management and changing control processes.
• Mentor project coordinators and contribute to capability development within PBM.

Job Purpose

Minimum Qualification, Experience and Competencies
