It seeks to lead the aviation industry by transforming Saudi Arabia into a global aviation and trade hub – a digitally native airline that will connect the kingdom to more than 100 destinations.
Are you a strategic and analytical digital marketer with a passion for driving bookings, optimizing partnerships, and leading high-performance campaigns?
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving online revenue growth through RX relationships with metasearch engines and affiliate partners.
You’ll develop and execute performance-driven strategies that enhance visibility, convert traffic, and maximize ROI across all digital booking channels.
Additionally, you will oversee RX’s presence on key metasearch platforms such as GoogleFlights, Skyscanner, and Kayak, managing all day‑to‑day relationships, contract negotiations, and campaign optimizations.
Importantly, you’ll lead the design and management of the airline’s affiliate marketing program, partnering with affiliate networks such as CJAffiliate and Awin to onboard partners, define commission models, and ensure measurable results.
All while collaborating closely with Pricing, Revenue Management, IT, and Digital teams to align strategies, ensure accurate pricing and seamless technical integrations, and track the performance of each initiative.
Naturally, using analytics tools and A/B testing, you will evaluate ROI, optimize campaigns for maximum efficiency, and identify new opportunities to expand digital reach through emerging platforms.

Degree qualified, with a minimum of 5 years of digital marketing experience focused on metasearch and affiliate partnerships.
You are expected to possess hands‑on experience managing metasearch campaigns across platforms such as GoogleFlights, Skyscanner, and Kayak, and affiliate programs through major networks like CJAffiliate and Awin.
Critically, you understand the dynamics of pricing, yield management, and revenue optimization, and can leverage your expertise to drive performance across booking funnels.
We’d love to hear from you even more if you are proficient in GoogleAnalytics, AdobeAnalytics, and digital tracking technologies, with strong analytical and data visualization skills. Experience using GoogleTagManager, pixel tracking, and advanced Excel is essential.
