We are seeking an Accounting Analyst to join Group Finance & Consulting Department (GF&CD).
GF&CD is responsible for providing decision and advisory support to Senior Management relating to matters including but not limited to, statutory & management reporting, financial & investment analysis, budgeting & planning, mergers & acquisition, governance, tax, and treasury matters impacting Saudi Aramco Affiliates. GF&CD is an integral Finance one‑stop shop that fulfills its purpose through advising Board members on upcoming Affiliates Board and other committees’ meetings and partners with Affiliates. In addition, support senior management to make informed decisions on a diverse range of financial, governance and commercial matters impacting Affiliates.
Your primary role is to support the department’s mission by providing expert financial, governance, and commercial advice to Senior Management and Board members. You will prepare briefings for Affiliate Board and committee meetings, coordinate stakeholders’ input, and ensure Group governance alignment. Additionally, you will perform financial analysis, impairment reviews, and support Purchase Price Allocations, while mentoring team members and delivering ad‑hoc support to strengthen financial oversight and strategic decision‑making.
