Role Overview

We are seeking experienced Management Consultants to apply real-world consulting expertise to high-impact AI research initiatives. In this role, you will translate established consulting workflows into structured tasks, evaluation criteria, and reference materials that help improve AI reasoning, analysis, and decision-making.

This flexible, fully remote opportunity is ideal for consultants with 2+ years of experience who are comfortable working asynchronously and contributing to advanced AI model development projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Decompose consulting workflows—such as problem structuring, hypothesis development, analysis, and synthesis—into clear task specifications and evaluation rubrics
• Review, evaluate, and benchmark AI-generated outputs, including market analyses, strategic recommendations, and presentation-style deliverables
• Create high-quality reference examples (e.g., issue trees, analytical frameworks, financial analyses, and slide content) that meet professional consulting standards
• Identify gaps, weak assumptions, and failure modes in AI outputs and provide structured guidance for improvement

Essential Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience at top-tier or boutique management consulting firms
• Strong expertise in hypothesis-driven problem solving, market sizing, financial modeling, and executive-level synthesis
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and structured qualitative research methods
• Excellent written communication skills and comfort working in asynchronous, remote collaboration environments

Project Details

• Minimum commitment of 10 hours per week with deliverables-driven flexibility
• Fully remote work conducted through shared platforms with clear success criteria
