Job Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable & Receivable – Oversee processing of accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
• General Ledger – Perform journal entries, account reconciliations, and assist with monthly and year‑end closing activities.
• Financial Reporting – Prepare and assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring alignment with company standards.
• Reconciliations – Perform monthly reconciliations of bank accounts, general ledger, and other financial records to ensure accuracy.
• Tax Compliance – Support in preparing VAT, GST returns and other tax filings, ensuring adherence to tax laws and regulations.
• Audit Support – Assist in the preparation of documents for internal and external audits, ensuring compliance and transparency.
• Budgeting & Forecasting – Aid in the preparation of budget reports and financial forecasts, tracking performance against budgets.
• Process Improvement – Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions for greater efficiency in accounting tasks.
• Collaboration – Work closely with other departments to provide financial support and resolve any accounting issues that may arise.
• Compliance – Ensure all accounting processes comply with relevant regulations, standards, and internal policies.

Education
