Kaynuna Beach Escape at Yanbu seeks a skilled Technician to handle maintenance across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and related systems. The role requires proactive problem-solving, precise records, and collaboration with engineering teams to ensure guest satisfaction.

The position emphasizes health and safety, English fluency, and flexibility to work in shifts on a beachfront resort in Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications

• 3 years maintenance experience or more.
• Degree/certification or license may be required.
• Flexibility to work in shifts.
• English fluency; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff.
• Perform routine maintenance across facilities (electrical, plumbing, and HVAC).
• Diagnose and repair faults in equipment, appliances, and machinery.
• Conduct inspections and tests to identify issues and solutions.
• Carry out preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and reports.
• Monitor and manage inventory of maintenance supplies and spare parts.
• Source and replace faulty components and equipment as needed.
• Assist with installation and commissioning of new equipment.
• Address engineering-related complaints professionally and safely.
