Job summary

Dallah Enterprise in Jeddah is seeking a degree-qualified engineer to perform standard assignments and support production/maintenance optimisation while managing operation costs on-site. This role requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering and 2–4 years of related experience, with Saudi nationality preferred.

The position emphasises adherence to OPS/Maintenance policies, day-to-day operations, and proactive monitoring of systems, faults and performance to sustain safe, compliant operations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follows all relevant Operations and Maintenance policies, processes and standard operating procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
• Implements the day-to-day operations assigned for the Operations and Maintenance to ensure compliance with the established standards and procedures.
• Monitors system performance and function after accomplishment of any recommended modification, maintenance task or significant events and special assignment.
• Monitors all maintenance faults, malfunctions, defects, deferred defects and other occurrences which could affect the continuing operations.
• Analyses components durability and failure trends and prepare preventive maintenance plans Or analyze process and requirements and prepare operation plans.
• Provides technical guidance and coaching and support for technical or operation teams to ensure individuals are equipped with the necessary skills.
• Monitors the operating conditions, identifying and responding appropriately to problems, allocating or escalating them as necessary and monitor and record their rectification.
• Ensures compliances of operations under own supervision with the industry standards and requirements or regulating authorities.
