Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Maintenance/Shift Engineer to support facility maintenance across guest rooms, public spaces and heart-of-house areas in our Dammam property. You’ll respond to service requests, perform repairs in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC and masonry, and help ensure a safe, high-quality guest experience.

The role emphasizes preventive maintenance, timely documentation, and alignment with Hilton’s hospitality standards and teamwork-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in facility maintenance and safety across hospitality properties.
• Comfort with electrical, plumbing, HVAC and carpentry tasks is a plus.

Responsibilities

Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:

• Respond to service requests: Quickly handle guest calls and team member work orders
• Support a variety of maintenance tasks: Conduct repairs and maintenance across various areas, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC and masonry
• Assist with preventive maintenance inspections: Inspect facilities and equipment to identify and address preventive maintenance needs
• Document maintenance activities: Record completed inspections and repairs and flag any issues requiring further attention
