Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or Business Administration.
• PMP or Prince2 certification.
• CMRP or CFM certification.
• Six Sigma Green or Black Belt highly desired for process optimization.
• 5+ years managing maintenance in industrial or facility environments.

Responsibilities

• Design scopes of work, project milestones, and schedules for infrastructure renewal or equipment upgrades.
• Develop project cost estimates, manage budgets and track capital expenditure while ensuring safety.
• Hire and supervise external contractors; review vendor bids and ensure compliance with safety specs.
• Enforce health and safety codes, coordinate safety audits, and maintain compliance documentation.
• Direct internal maintenance crews and coordinate between technicians and upper management.
