Job summary

Alfanar Engineering Services is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to supervise and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance for transformer oil processing and filling equipment in Riyadh. Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of transformer oil processing and related vacuum equipment.
• Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to read technical drawings and equipment manuals.
• Proven leadership and team-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities for transformer oil processing and filling equipment.
• Lead maintenance team, assign daily tasks and monitor performance.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults.
• Maintain filtration, purification, and vacuum systems, pumps, and compressors.
• Coordinate with production to minimize downtime and ensure safety.
• Monitor spare parts and maintain accurate service records.
• Ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards.
• Prepare maintenance reports and documentation.
