Job summary

hudsonmanpower is seeking an experienced CNC machine operator for deep hole machining in Saudi Arabia. The role requires interpreting technical drawings, setting up and loading workpieces, and maintaining high quality and safety standards.

The candidate should have at least 5 years of experience with heavy-duty machine tools and familiarity with FANUC or Siemens controllers. Training new hires will also be part of the duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher is required.
• Must have 5+ years in operation of machine tools.
• Special knowledge of deep hole machining is required.
• Experience with FANUC or Siemens CNC controllers is beneficial.
• Ability to read and interpret machining drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machine tools to produce parts.
• Prepare and load workpieces and set up on machine tools.
• Run full cycles to fabricate large quantities of parts.
• Supervise machines and make adjustments for quality improvements.
• Inspect and measure finished parts vs. specifications.
• Daily check and maintain machinery to ensure functionality.
• Train new employees on proper operation of deep hole machines.
