The role emphasizes reliable performance, quality assurance, and teamwork in a busy manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of manufacturing experience, reads blueprints, and can troubleshoot equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience as a Machine Operator.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Prepare machines for production by setting controls, checking settings and ensuring materials are loaded.
• Operate machinery to produce parts or products according to specifications.
• Inspect parts for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
• Troubleshoot issues with machines and make adjustments as needed.
• Monitor machine output and make necessary adjustments to maintain efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following policies and procedures.
• Document production data and report any issues or discrepancies.
