Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in branded residences or HOA/hospitality leadership.
• Financial and HOA administration knowledge required.
• Ability to manage projects and coordinate teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the point of contact between residents and hotel departments.
• Manage and distribute accurate monthly house account statements to residents.
• Assist with the planning and execution of projects requiring unit access.
• Work with People & Culture to support staffing and training.
• Educate owners on their rights and obligations per HOA regulations.
