Luxury Operations Associate - Westfield Jeddah

Job Description

Ensuring the efficient functioning of the mall, maintaining tenant satisfaction, compliance with standards, and safety, while also facilitating effective communication and coordination among all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, ensuring compliance with company standards and smooth coordination during fit‑out, handover, evacuation and daily operations.
• Handle tenant requests and issues by proper logging, follow‑up and timely resolution, including reporting and escalating critical issues.
• Coordinate with leasing, design & delivery (DD), contractors, suppliers and all mall departments to ensure updated leasing plans, prime location confirmation and smooth mall operations.
• Oversee mall operations by ensuring AMCs are in place, service providers meet contract terms and common areas are well maintained through regular inspections (technical, cleaning, security and H&S).
• Monitor operational performance by conducting inspections, following up on tasks during shifts, ensuring operations teams are informed and chasing tenants for sales data and collections.
• Attend required training and perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
