Gucci in Jeddah seeks a Trainer & Makeup Artist to educate the beauty team on makeup techniques, selling and application skills, and to lead brand masterclasses and VIP events. The role requires onboarding new joiners, in-store mentoring, and coordinating training sessions with the KSA training manager.

Fluency in Arabic and English with strong Microsoft Office skills is essential, along with prior experience with luxury brands and advanced makeup creativity.

Qualifications

• Prior training experience with deluxe beauty brands.
• Advanced makeup creativity abilities; fragrance experience is a plus.
• Arabic and English fluency; proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Educate the team of makeup charm experts on makeup expertise, selling and application skills.
• Perform brand masterclasses and VIP customer events; support fragrance training when required.
• On-board new joiners on brand, product, and technical application skills; prepare in-class training arrangements.
• In-store mentoring and assessment of BA, ensuring luxury customer experience and product understanding.
• Prepare and send evaluation reports with growth plans and timelines; maintain training trackers.
