Parsons Corporation seeks an experienced Interior Design Manager to lead the design and delivery of high-end luxury interiors in Riyadh. You will guide concepts through detailed design, construction, and fit-out while coordinating with architects, engineers, and clients to uphold top-tier quality.

Ideal candidates bring 15–18 years in interior design management, with at least 10 years on luxury projects and a track record of international collaboration on large-scale developments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• 15-18 years of professional experience in interior design management.
• At least 10 years focused on luxury interior design projects.
• Extensive international experience managing large-scale luxury developments.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of interior design concepts for luxury residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
• Oversee design activities from concept to completion and ensure alignment with client vision.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to deliver cohesive interiors.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams and maintain design quality and schedules.
• Ensure documentation and approvals meet luxury standards and regulatory codes.
