Job summary

Red Sea Global Hospitality is seeking an HVAC Technician to maintain, repair and install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across the property. You will ensure safe, efficient operation and contribute to energy efficiency and guest comfort in both guest rooms and public areas.

The role supports the engineering team and reports to the HVAC Supervisor / Engineering Manager, promoting high standards of service and safety in a luxury hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining HVAC systems in large properties.
• Ability to diagnose mechanical, electrical and control issues.
• Familiarity with refrigerants handling and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC systems across the property.
• Inspect, test, troubleshoot, and repair air handling equipment and related systems.
• Identify faults and diagnose issues to ensure timely repairs.
• Carry out servicing, cleaning, and adjustment of HVAC equipment per manufacturer guidelines.
• Assist with installation, commissioning, testing, and calibration of new HVAC equipment.
