Job summary

Jumeirah Jabal Omar in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, invites applications for a Plumber - Engineering to join our engineering team. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plumbing systems across guest rooms, public areas and service areas, ensuring high standards of comfort and safety.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of experience on a luxury 5-star property, secondary education, and relevant trade qualifications. Knowledge of building systems and basic computer literacy is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a luxury 5-star property.
• Secondary education required; vocational certification and trade qualification preferred.
• Strong technical skills in trade, basic computer literacy, and knowledge of safety and building systems.

Responsibilities

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on all plumbing systems including water supply lines, drainage systems, pumps, water heaters, and sanitation fixtures.
• Inspect and repair leaks, clogs, and malfunctions in guest rooms, public areas, and service areas.
• Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests related to Plumbing issues.
• Maintain proper and safe condition of all Plant, Plant Rooms, Equipment and Work areas.
• Install, replace, and maintain plumbing fixtures such as faucets, sinks, toilets, showers, and valves.
• Maintain and service water filtration, softening, and treatment systems.
