Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Saudi Arabia seeks a Senior Technical Manager to lead the technical delivery of luxury hospitality developments. You will oversee architecture, ID coordination, and integration of MEP and structural systems across design and construction.

With 15+ years’ experience, you’ll drive multi-disciplinary coordination, review drawings for constructability, manage risks, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in technical or project management.
• Proven track record on luxury hospitality or leisure projects.
• Deep expertise in Architecture and Interior Design.
• Strong knowledge of MEP and Structural systems.
• Ability to coordinate across disciplines and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all technical aspects of high-end hospitality and leisure developments.
• Coordinate architecture and interior design to align with project vision.
• Oversee integration of MEP and structural systems in design and construction.
• Review architectural, ID, MEP, and structural drawings for accuracy.
• Drive design coordination meetings with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with local codes and luxury benchmarks.
• Support teams through concept to handover phases.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Act as primary technical interface between developers, operators, and contractors.
• Collaborate with operators to meet brand standards.
• Present technical solutions and progress to senior stakeholders.
• Establish quality control across disciplines.
• Monitor site progress and adherence to designs.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards.
