The ideal candidate will have proven retail management experience in the GCC beauty industry, a strong sales-driven mindset, and excellent leadership skills. Responsibilities include recruiting and developing a winning team, managing store operations to meet sales goals, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Fluency in English and Arabic is required. This position requires a full-time in-store presence.

Qualifications

• Proven retail management experience within the GCC retail beauty industry.
• Extensive experience with customer and sales service targets and key performance indicators.
• Retail operations experience with inventory and facilities management, including cash reconciliation.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is a must.

Responsibilities
