JOB OBJECTIVE
  • Develop and maintain the logistics’ functions embracing: Transport – including daily dispatch from site, as well as import and export, including trade compliance for all KSA business units.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Control and support the business systems solutions for KSA – becoming a key user.
  • Ensure that the stock levels are levelled to utilize it’s maximum available capacity, also achieving customer’s requirements
  • Implement, control, and report the corporate strategy for Logistics’ suppliers.
  • Formulate and implement relevant strategy, systems and review procedures which will deliver business objectives by focusing on inventory optimization and service levels.
  • To implement and deliver the team budget.
  • Meet financial targets through the efficient management of logistics contracts & inventory policies.
  • Control & manage stock policy for collaterals, including range management & product life cycle analysis.
  • Ensure the Logistics department is flexible in its approach, in order to respond other areas of the business.
  • Ensure that a full auditable tender process exists for all distribution channels.
  • Ensure all operations are legally compliant with the help and support Team
  • Adhere to the company’s procedures as required, e.g. Health and Safety, Quality, EMV regulations. Comply with Health and Safety Legislation and Company Policy; for maintaining safe working conditions including equipment; for drawing attention to hazards and to take reasonable care of themselves and others. You must ensure that all necessary safety devices and protective equipment is used, and co-operate in the operation of the Health and Safety Policy
  • Build strong interfaces with corporate team to work towards a global supply chain
  • Work closely with Project Managers to ensure all project tasks relating to the Riyadh operation are on plan
  • Follow the procedures and instructions that are designed in accordance with the quality of the product and/or services provided is maintained.
Work Experience Requirements
  • 4+ years’ experience
Qualification, Certification & Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience within a supply chain, logistics or trade compliance role previously
  • Knowledge of logistics and freight distribution lifecycle
  • Competent on IT systems and knowledge of an ERP system .
  • Experience in leading or managing staff within a technical environment.
  • Knowledge of health and safety requirements.
  • English and Arabic speaker.
